Yes. Member information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared or sold. We do not provide member lists to outside parties, and your personal details stay within Sonny Hills. Our goal is to create a trusted, members-only community — and protecting your privacy is a core part of that.
How is this legal?
Great question — and one we hear a lot. Sonny Hills is a private, members-only social club organized as a 501(c)(7). We operate on private property and are not open to the public.
Under Virginia law, adults 21+ may possess limited amounts of cannabis for personal use on private property.
Sonny Hills does not sell or provide cannabis. Members simply bring their own. Our role is to provide a safe, welcoming space for the community to gather responsibly.
Is alcohol allowed?
Sonny Hills is an alcohol-free space. We keep the focus on cannabis, conversation, and community — creating a relaxed, welcoming environment for all members.
